1.Sovereign Communications contests require no purchase or payment necessary to enter or to win. All U.S., Federal, State, Local and Municipal laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.

2. Contest winners are limited to one winner per household every 30 days.

3. ELIGIBILITY: Employees of Sovereign Communications, its affiliates, other radio stations, media outlets, promotional sponsors, and all affiliated companies (and the immediate family members of all such employees, and all other with whom they are domiciled) are not eligible to participate in the contest or win prizes. The term immediate families include spouses, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren.

4. ODDS: The odds of winning a prize depend on the number of people attempting to participate in the contest at any given time.

5. Listeners must be third caller when they hear the phrase: “you’re one of a kind with Dr Pepper.” Sovereign Communications, Dr Pepper, Coca Cola, Econo Foods, KFC bear no responsibility for dropped calls, telephone interruptions, or busy lines. Contestants are responsible for following all rules and regulations that govern Facebook©.

6. Winner will be chosen from all registered/qualified listeners at random on 4/1/2013. Winner will be notified via telephone.

7. Winner will receive certificates for redemption for all catering prizes and will assume all responsibility for pick-up and reservation of all items. Prize will expire on 4/30/2013.

8. Winner assumes responsibility of picking up Dr Pepper prize package at the studios of WJPD located at: 1009 W. Ridge St., Marquette, MI. 49855. Prize must be picked up by 4/30/13.

9. Prize package has no cash value.

10. Winner assumes all taxes and liabilities for prize.
